We have extra rack space for sublease by building owner. It is inside a modern 32' warehouse newly built in 2022. Full access to amenities such as internet, electricity, break room, restrooms etc. is provided and included.

We currently have 270 pallet spaces available. Each pallet space is for standard 48(L) x 40(W) x 52 (H) pallet. We have forklift, double-reach trucks, electric pallet jacks and pallet jacks available for moving pallets around and on/off racks that you can use free of charge. There are grade door and high dock door for loading and unloading products/pallets from truck or container. Lease term is flexible. Ask $3240 per month.
