The house is located in North Fremont near Decoto Rd. Very convenient access to 880, 680, 84. Close to Facebook, Tesla, Logitech, LAM Research and other big companies. It is very clean,quiet and safe. There are plenty of parking on the street.

It is available now. Room can be shown with appointment.

The room is not furnished so you can bring your own mattress. The bathroom will be shared with other tenant. You can use the washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, backyard, BBQ, kitchen etc. (though less cooking is preferred). The room is ONLY for single occupancy and no overnight or regular guest who spent hours in the room allowed.

Broadband access (200 mbps) and utilities are all included in the price. The rent is $950/month (six month minimum lease required). Security deposit is one month rent.

Looking for professional, quiet, clean working adult who is easy to get along with. The landlord travel frequently and is very easy going. All I am asking for is that you keep the house and common area clean and be nice and considerate. Please no pets, no drug, smoking, alcoholic, or party animal.
