- Owner pays for Water, Trash and HOA dues, Renters pay for the rest of Utility bills.

- Full credit and background checks are required and credit scores preferably above 650 for all adult applicants and there is NO pending or recent history of eviction or bankruptcy.
- Renters are responsible for Gas, Electric, and Cable/Internet/Home Phone.
- Renter's Insurance is required.
- NO PETS allowed.

The monthly rent is $3000/month. 
There's a deposit which equals to one month's rent ($3000) and non-refundable credit check fee/adult.
