I am renting out one guest bedroom one private bathroom out of a 4bed/3bath single family house (new house built in 2018). The rental is for one person only.

Bedroom is on the 3rd floor and about 10'x11' size. Bathroom has a tub. I have is a full size bed with storage, table, chair and a drawer. The price covers utilities including electricity, gas, internet, water and trash pick up. Kitchen at 2nd floor for light cooking. Washer and Dryer in unit. Plenty of street parking space. The community is new and safe. Close to all grocery stores and Bart station. The other people living inside the house are myself and another young male professional, both work in finance. We both have our own room and bathroom.
